What connects the accounts?

Shared cross-filing patterns suggest a program relationship. First observation is not necessarily the join date, and a missing recent filing does not establish an exit. Confirm membership against the evidence. Program directory access is provisioned separately.

What can I investigate?

Check the record. Then make the comparison.

Duplicate schedules, misused columns, and totals that do not reconcile need context before they become a benchmark.

How are filing errors treated?

Blocking checks exclude unusable filing-years from benchmarks. Other checks disclose an adjustment or flag the reported figures for review. A flag describes the record, not its cause.

Fee benchmarks reflect comparable filings, not a regulatory standard or a finding of wrongdoing.

Negative space is the gap between what a filing shows and the broader benefits picture. Carrier-published evidence can help explain it.
